The Wellness and Equity Unit coordinates efforts under one roof to enhance the physical, psychological, and social wellness of the Özyeğin University community and to support a fair, inclusive, and safe campus culture. It brings together policies, services, and training in a structure that is accessible to everyone.

Gender Equality Office
Develops policies and practices that promote gender equality across the university. Aims to prevent gender-based discrimination and establish an inclusive institutional culture through education, awareness-raising activities, and research support.
Accessible ÖzÜ Office
It carries out work aimed at removing physical and social barriers. It develops policies and creates awareness and support mechanisms to ensure the full and equal participation of students and employees with disabilities in university life.
Office of Intercultural Awareness
Supports international students and staff in adapting to university life, organizes culturally sensitive education and events. Strengthens integration between different cultures, creating an inclusive academic environment.
Office for Prevention of Discrimination and Violence
The university community is responsible for preventing, reporting, and managing support processes for cases of discrimination, harassment, and violence. It is based on confidentiality, impartiality, and a victim-centered approach. It aims to provide a safe campus environment in coordination with preventive measures.
